Constructed with durable Fluoropolymer-insulated heating cables embedded between two layers of specially reinforced aluminium foil, this system not only maximises durability but also ensures precise and even heat distribution—making it ideal for consistent warmth beneath floating floors.
The mat features a flat, two-core flexible power lead that exits from one corner, designed for convenience. This compact lead, with insulated conductors within a protective metal sheath, simplifies installation while maintaining safety and reliability.
Engineered to deliver an impressive heat output of 150 W/m², each mat is available in predetermined lengths and includes a cold tail. Every unit is prefabricated and rigorously tested in a controlled factory setting, ensuring optimal performance and quality assurance.
Important: These mats MUST be installed with ProFoam™ or XPS Insulation. For carpet or vinyl flooring installations, the Heat-Pak® Dual Overlay must also be used. Ensure that the combined tog value of the carpet and underlay does not exceed 2.0; in most cases, underfloor heating cannot serve as a primary heat source when carpet is laid.
